The Office of Information Technology would like to inform you about the adjustments to IT service permissions for students graduating in the 2025 academic year. Please review the details below to ensure a smooth transition and proper management of your important data:

Services available until July 2027 (Approximately 1 year from now)

You can continue to access and use the following services as usual:

Alumni Services starting August 2027 onwards (Permanent Access)

Transition smoothly into alumni status with our new email service:

New Email Account: @alumni.chula.ac.th

Storage Capacity: 5 GB

Data Retention: 1-year historical data retention period

[CRITICAL – ACTION REQUIRED!] Prevent Data Loss

All graduates are strictly required to migrate and back up their data out of OneDrive and their student email account.

Deadline: By July 31, 2027 only!
