The Office of Information Technology would like to remind all graduates of the 2024 Academic Year regarding the university’s IT services. To ensure a smooth transition and allow you sufficient time to manage your personal data, the service details are divided into two parts as follows:

1️⃣ Services Available Until “August 2026”

• Microsoft 365 Services (e.g., OneDrive, SharePoint)

• Google Workspace

• CUNET Account

• Campus WiFi and VPN

• University Licensed Software

2️⃣ Services Available Permanently (After August 2026)

• Email Service: You can permanently switch your email address to the @alumni.chula.ac.th domain for lifelong access.

• Storage Limit: 5 GB storage capacity (with a 1-year historical data retention period). Please note that all data from your previous student account will be permanently deleted.

⚠️ Important Notice to Prevent Data Loss: Please back up and migrate all your data out of your current student email and OneDrive by August 31, 2026.
